Dear Tictoc Members,
This notice is to notify all Tictoc members about our service termination effective from May 13th, 2016. We want to thank all our members around the world for using our service. We will do our best to minimize any discomfort due to our termination process.
Please keep in mind the termination schedule below while using Tictoc.
[Service Termination Schedule]
-April 12th, 2016 : Unable to download Tictoc & Unable join the Tictoc
-May 13th, 2016 : Service termination
[Backup Instruction]
1) Chat Backup: Chat settings > Save as plain text > Send mail
- You will still be able to search chat records from your mobile device, even after service termination.
- Please save your photos & videos from your chat (1:1chat/group chat) before service termination.
- For iPhones, you must have an email account linked to your device to save chat records via email.
2)Club Backup: Download club posts by yourself.
- Post : Paste to memo application after copy.
- Photo & Video : Click the button in bottom of left after select.
- Clubs will not be accessible after service termination.
