Like many of you, I recently built my first PC. Did all the research on reddit. browsed through countless photos on battlestations, watched all the tutorials on youtube. finally decided to build a computer around a graphics card, the rtx 3080. picked out a motherboard, a cpu then i debated whether or not to go full on rgb on this thing. i did. after i downloaded the necessary games like call of duty, fortnite and among us, i started to notice that my usb devices would randomly disconnect and reconnect. i also noticed that it gradually happened more frequent as time went on.
Here's what I did to fix this issue.
1. disconnecting and reconnecting your usb devices.
2. Update driver
start > device manager > Human Interface Devices > update driver
3. delete USB root hub and restart computer
start > device manager > universal serial bus controllers
delete usb root hub (usb 3.)
in most cases, one of these steps should resolve your issue but i had a different problem. what i found out was that apparently, using the combination of both a rog strix b550-e motherboard and a ryzen 7 5800x there's a known, but not admitted issue. and the issue is that once in a while all usb devices would disconnect and reconnect randomly. and the only way to fix this was to reconfigure your pci-e from auto to gen 3 which is done though bios.
Restart your computer and hit the delete button to enter bios. Under Advance and device configuration you'll find the PCIE modes where you can change from auto to gen3

Daha önce MSI anakart kullanmıştım oradan biliyorum. Geriye tek çözüm bios flashlamak kalıyor ama onun da kesinlikle çözüm olacağını sanmıyorum. Çok aklımda kalmasın ve yapabilirim diyorsanız yapın. Ama dikkat edin dual bios bile olsa sıkıntılı işlem. Siz en temizi garantiye gönderin hocam. |

bios güncellemesi yaptım yinede olmadı dediğiniz gibi anakartta sıkıntı olmalı garantiye göndermek lazım ama sistemi sökmek gözümde büyüyor sıvı soğutma falan var bide çok geç geri gelebilir servisten. |

Hocam can sıkıcı iş ama mecbur. Daha da geç olmadan bir an önce göndermek lazım. Etrafınızda ödünç anakart alabileceğiniz yer varsa anakart gelene kadar idare edersiniz bir müddet. Genel olarak MSI anakartların bios çipleri çabuk gidiyor. Reddit de filan konular var. Ya bios çipi ya da zaman kristalini değiştirdiklerinde sorun çözülüyor. Anakart üstündeki bazı parçalar gerçekten dayanaklı ama kritik konumdakiler en geç 10 yıla gidecek şekilde tasarlanmış sanırım. |
