The title should be ''Why did the admins open this section?'' This is the correct question form. The form you used might be a part in a sentence. -

No need the "s" because the word "those" is plural so you don't need to add s,es or ies to the end of the verb.

Hi Guys,
I have just realized this new part of donanimhaber. I have to admit that I am quite surprised and also happy for that.
There have been lots of requests so far stating that it might be cool if there will be an english section for the people who want to improve their english skills like both reading and writing. Eventually, this idea must have been accepted by the admins and they deicided to open this section. I assume that it is the first now among other websites which are based on computer or electronic stuffs. Hope it will work for all of us .

Thanks for your nice compliment. First of all, I should tell you that I had no any private school experience such as "Anadolu Lisesi" or "Özel Kolej".
From the beginning to the end, all were usual public school. That may be the reason why I could not learn it properly for many years.
On the other hand, I was quite busy with pc games and movies in my youth. I used to play lots of text-based pc games like adventures by using dictioniary. Despite the fact that it did not work so much to improve my grammar, I learned much vocab. ( To be continued ... When I reach home, will leave office now )

Actually,I know this,but I don't wanna(I did it again:D) talk someone like a book,always I use this dirty language.
Not:Cidden kitap gibi konuşmak diye bir deyim var mı bilmiyorum,yoktur herhalde;cidden ben Amerikalıların sokak ağzını sevdiğim bildiğim için böyle açtım konuyu,ayrıca severim sokak ağzını ayrıca kitap gibi konuşacaksık bu bölümde,özür dilerim.
