We have been contacted by several users due to the ban imposed by Valve Anti-fraud protection system regarding charge-backs which also caused them to be banned from Knight Online.

Upon further investigation and communication with Steam, we have been able to do the following:

Valve
- As notified by Steam Support, all the spent currency within Steam Knight Online was returned to your Steam Wallet and/or Payment gateway.

Steam Knight Online
- All users who have contacted us with proof of release by Steam followed by us verifying such information with Valve are now able to play Knight Online as their ban has now been lifted.

- The items your purchased through our PUS prior to the ban, "Mostly Premiums" have been removed as you were refunded the charged amount by Steam.

If you are one of those who have been affected by a Steam Ban followed by Knight Online ban due to chargebacks. Please make sure to contact Steam support and send us the details of your release.
