Getting the seller's contact information
Click the Ask a question link near the bottom of the listing.
On the Find Answers page, choose the topic that best fits your question, and look for your question in any Q&A that appears.
If you can't find your question, under Did we answer your questions?, select No, I want to contact the seller, and then click the Continue button.
On the Contact Seller page, enter your question in the space provided. Depending on the topic you selected in Step 2, you may be asked for additional information related to your question.
Enter the verification code for security purposes, and click the Send button.
To request your seller's contact information:
Click the Advanced search link at the top of most pages.
Click the Find contact information link in the Members section on the left side of the page.
Enter the seller's user ID and item number.
Click the Search button.
