  • Merhaba arkadaşlar uzun süre önce Diabloyu kestikten sonra loot un pek zevkinin kalmadığını düşünüp oyunu bıraktım bu süre içinde telefonum çöktü ve formatlandı ve authenticator uygulamasını kaybettim. Geçtiğimiz hafta içinde 1 Ticket attım ve authenticator u sildirmek istedim sildiler sonra oyunu yükledim güncelleme vs. derken oyuna girmeye çalıştığımda ise hata kodu 53 ü aldım bunun hakkındada ticket attım ve şu şekilde bir cevap aldım

    What does this mean?

    - Your battlenet address and security question have become known to hostile people.
    - Your email account and it`s password have become known to hostile people.
    - As a result, the hostiles have at the very least attempted to gain access to your battlenet account.

    How did this happen?
    ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
    There are a number of things that could cause an account compromise. The main examples are :

    · You were infected by a traojan or virus
    · A computer or browser security vulnerability was used against you
    · You responded to a phishing scam (<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phishing>)
    · You gave your details to someone else innocently, but they were not secure with your information. This is one of the reasons account sharing is not permitted.
    · You logged into an insecure computer, such as a school or internet café and were keylogged or left yourself logged in.
    · You used the same details for your email address and/or battlenet as you do on another service, and that service became compromised. ( e.g. <http://arstechnica.com/security/2012/07/yahoo-service-hacked/> )

    1 - Secure your computer.
    ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
    The first step is to secure your computer using anti-malware and anti virus software. You can download Malware Bytes or Hitman Pro for free to remove malware, and should also use an anti-virus program such as Antivir.     If you are an apple product user, please do not fall for the myth that Macs do not get viruses. They are simply targeted less by malware creators as PCs are more prevelant.

    2 - Secure your Battlenet account.
    ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯

    Given that you have experienced this issue, I highly recommend using a Blizzard Authenticator and/or SMS Protect. These are additional security layers provided by Blizzard which keep you in control of your account.

    Another option is SMS Protect which is a completely free security service aside from authenticators that any mobile phone can use, provided your cell provider supports it (most do.) Please see <http://eu.battle.net/support/article/3300033> for information on how to set this up.

    3 - Account Restoration

    We have investigated the recently reported compromise on this Battle.net account. Per your request, we restored the linked Diablo III account using the best available restoration point. Though restoration points are regularly updated, the best available one may not be completely current when a compromise occurs. Some progress may be permanently lost when an account is reverted to a restoration point. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

    4 - Getting back online

    In order for us to release the account we need to be sure that we are giving it back to the owner, and that the details are secure.

    Please provide the following information. For security reasons, it is important that you do not provide the information in the ticket reply window, instead please write the details in a text file and attach it. This is so no-one but us can see it, even if they have access to your ticket history in <https://eu.battle.net/support/en/ticket/status>

    We need :

    · The battlenet email address you are having trouble with
    · The NEW name of your Battle.net account (A new email address that has never been used by another Battle.net account)
    · A scan or digital image of nationally recognised photo ID, such as passport or driver`s license (please do not include public transport cards, library cards etc, as these are unsuitable for our needs) as a separate attachment.

    While these requirements may seem overly strict, we consider it to be of vital importance that accounts are claimed by their rightful owner. As such, these measures are necessary.

    Some tips if you're using a camera are :

    · Use strong daylight. Artificial light from non-professional lights do not work well with close up shots.
    · Don't use the flash
    · Allow the camera to focus on the ID surface. If you're using an iphone for example they'll often not correctly focus on close objects automatically. You'll need to double tap the portion of the image you want to focus on to force a refocus. If you're using a higher end camera, use macro mode (basically means close-up mode) which is normally shown with the image of a flower.

    When using a scanner, make sure that it is in full color, a high enough resolution, and that you are not scanning a photocopy.

    When saving and uploading the file, you should not reduce the image. While you are free to remove any white space, avoid resizing or saving with a low image resolution.

  • Özetle: Hesabının hacklenmiş olduğunu söylüyorlar. Çözümü için ilk başta battlenete verdiğin email adresinin adını, yeni bir battlenet tag ı belirlemeni ve kimliğini belirten fotoğraflı bir belgenin kopyasını (nüfus cüzdanı veya ehliyet vb) maille onlara yollamanı istiyorlar.
