ben de bataryayı değiştirmeyi düşünüyorum umarım böyle bir şey başıma gelmez geçmiş olsun 1 ay bekletmek neymiş onu anlamadım? -
Apple ile ilgili bir sıkıntı yok zaten sorun Apple Türkiye.. ABD ve diğer ülkelerde al herhangi bir Apple ürünü 3 ay sonra götür beğenmedim de adamlar %100 para iadesi yapıyor. Apple in imajına da zarar veriyor adamlar hayatımda ilk defa Apple servisine gittim oda telefonum bozulduğu için değil apple in batarya değişim kampanyası için. Adamlar garantisi devam eden sağlam telefonumu bozdular olur sıkıntı değil insan hata yapar benim üzüldüğüm bunu apple daki en az 10 u kıdemli bir sürü danışmana anlatamadım. Adamlar yetkisiz erişim diyor yav diyorum telefonu sizin yetkili servis açtı yok yetkisiz erişim bak yukarıda ki arkadaş 15 gün sonra vermiş benim 24 saat bile değil insanın gerizekalı olması lazım yada çok uyanık olması lazım bu mevzuyu anlamak için Apple Türkiye 🇹🇷 yolunu bulmuş Yukarıdaki arkadaş tek benim tek olmadığım gibi yukarıdaki linke tıklayın bir sürü insan var bu şekilde mağdur edilen. Kendini bizim yerimize koy yada koyma çünkü servise işin düştüğünde senin de başına gelecek adam yetkisiz erişim deyip 7 bin 8 bin 10 bine aldığın telefonu eline verip yetkisiz erişim deyip garanti dışı bırakacak günlerce telefonsuz kalacaksın tek çaren Thh oda 6 ay git gel uğraşıcan bilirkişi v.s peki Apple Türkiye nin yaptığı etik mi esnaflık mı dürüstlük mü ben bunu anlatamadım Apple Türkiye yi kimler yönetiyor ise yanlış yönetiyor ben elimden geldiğince yerli yabancı yaşadıklarımı dile getirdim ha bişey oldumu yok bi bok 💩 olmadı. Bildiğin dolandırıldım bul karayı al parayı oynayıp ta tezgaha düşürülen bir insan ne hissediyor ise onu hissediyorum şuan beni üzen Apple bu bize layık gördüğü muameleyi Afrika da bile yapamaz artık adamlar bizi muz cumhuriyeti gibi görüyor demekki hak hukuk tanımıyorlar.

evet denemediğim apple abd kalmıştı google translate yardımı ile saçma sapan ingilizce cümleler yazmama rağmen adama derdimi anlatabildim, işin ilginci adam beni apple türkiye' deki kıdemli danışmanlardan daha iyi anladı. bir ara satış depertmanı felan deyince iphone xs felan hediye edecekler sanıdım fakat ordan da sonuç çıkmadı maalesef, en azından adamların yaklaşımı bizimkilere göre kat kat iyi...
