FREN HİDROLİĞİ DEĞİŞİMİ

1. Fren hidrolik deposundan yağ seviyesini minimuma düşürünceye kadar şırınga ile yağı çekerek eksiltin ve yarım litrelik kuru pet şişesine dökün. Minimumdan aşağı düşürmeyin, yoksa sistem hava yapar. Bu kirli yağla dolu pet şişeyi kullanacağız.

2. Eksilttiğiniz eski yağ yerine fren hidrolik deposuna yeni satın aldığınız aynı özellikte olan!!! DOT3, DOT4 ya da DOT 5 vs her neyse –Kesinlikle aynı özellikte olması gerekiyor, Dot 3 ve Dot 4’ün karıştırılmasında mahsur yok ama dikkat! diğerleri için geçerli değil bu, problem olur– Fren Hidroliği ile doldurun. (ATE Marka tercihimdir, Kaynama noktası 260°C)

3. ABS’li araçlarda hangi tekerden başlandığı farketmiyor. ABS’siz araçlarda ise tek bir hat çıkıp tekerlere dağıldığı için, fren hidrolik merkezine en uzak tekerlekten başlayarak, sonra ondan sonraki en uzak, sonra öbürü, sonra en yakın olan diğeri. 4. Hava alma tapasının dibine azıcık gres yağı veya evde bulunan vazelinden sürün. 5. Hava alma işlemi için 10 mm şeffaf hava hortumu gerekli. Aynı ebatta elastik hortum bulabilirseniz daha iyi. Turnike hortumu vs gibi. 1,5 metre fazla bile gelir. Hava işlemi için 8-9-10 ya da 11 numara araca göre değişir, kombine anahtar gerekli (Bir tarafı açık diğer tarafı yıldız olan anahtar). Açık ağız anahtar da kullanabilirsiniz ama iki de bir hava alma işlemi için aç kapa yapmak istediğiniz de anahtarı denk getir tak çıkar uğraştırır. 6. 7. Bu düzenekle tek kişi ile de yağ değişimi ve hava alma işlemini yapabilirsiniz. İki kişiyseniz eğer bir kişi fren pedalına 2 defa basıp bırakacak, üçüncü sefer ise basıp, basılı tutacak ve bırak deyinceye kadar bırakmayacak. Üçüncü sefer fren pedalına basıp tuttuğu sırada diğer kişi hava alma tapasını açıp eski, ömrünü tamamlamış yağın gelmesini sağlayacak ve tekrar tapayı sıkarak kapatacak. Ve sonra fren pedalına basan kişi pedalı bıracak. Dikkat hava alma tapası açıkken fren pedalı bırakılırsa sistem hava emer. Sonra tekrar 2 defa pompala üçüncüde basılı tut, tekrar tapayı gevşet yağın gelmesini sağla ve tekrar sık, pedalı bırak. Tekrar pompala, bas ve basılı tut… şeklinde. Temiz yağ geldikten sonra da hava baloncuğunun olmadığını, havanın gelmediğini, hortumdan dolu dolu yağ geldiğini görünceye kadar bu işleme devam edip ve hava alma tapasını sıkarak işlemi sonlandıracaksınız.

8. Hava alma işlemini yaparken depodaki hidrolik seviyesini sürekli gözleyin ve hidrolik ilave edin, minimum seviyenin altına düşürmeyin.

9. Elektronik park freni olan araçlarda ise ilave olarak bu işlemlerden sonra, elektronik park freni 5 kez çekilip bırakılacak ve tekrar arka tekerlerin havası bir daha alınacaktır.

BRAKE HYDRAULIC CHANGE

1. Squeeze the oil out of the brake fluid reservoir with a syringe until the oil level is minimized and pour into a half liter dry PET bottle. Do not drop below the minimum or the system will make air. We will use the pet bottle filled with this dirty oil.

2. Replace the old oil you have reduced to the brake fluid tank with the same feature you bought new !!! DOT3, DOT4 or DOT 5 etc whatever –It has to be exactly the same, it is okay to mix Dot 3 and Dot 4, but watch out! not for others, this would be a problem - Top up with Brake Fluid. (ATE Brand is my preference, Boiling point 260 ° C)

3. It does not matter which wheel is started on vehicles with ABS. In vehicles without ABS, on the other hand, a single line is distributed to the wheels, starting from the wheel farthest to the brake hydraulic center, then the furthest after it, then the other, then the closest one. In short, since the Brake Center is generally on the left side, the ventilation starts from the rear right wheel first, then the rear left wheel, then the front right wheel and finally the front left wheel. But for vehicles with ABS, this sequence can be followed, and there will be no problem. There is a specific ranking for your vehicle, and if you know, follow it. Otherwise, there is no problem in starting from the rear right wheel. For example, for Honda Civic, the booklet says start from the front left wheel and go clockwise. So first Front Left, then Front Right, then Rear Right, finally Rear Left.

4. Apply a little grease or household vaseline to the bottom of the bleed plug. When you open the air intake plug for oil to come out, the system can take air from the bottom of the plug and cause bubble, airy oil to come out. This is valid for old type vehicles. In new generation vehicles, it does not get air from the bottom by loosening the plug a little, but you still apply a little petroleum jelly or grease to the bottom of the plug, just to guarantee that the system does not get air from here.

5. A 10 mm clear air hose is required for bleeding. Better if you can find the same size elastic hose. Such as turnstile hose etc. Comes 1.5 meters too much. For air operation, the number 8-9-10 or 11 varies depending on the vehicle, a combination key is required (one side is open and the other side is star). You can also use an open end wrench, but if you want to open and close for one bleeding operation, it will be difficult to find the key. If you insert the combination wrench and then attach the hose to the bleed plug on it and tightly tighten it with a small cable tie, or if it fits tight, then you do not need a cable tie. But if you say no, I will take the guarantee, I will not take any air, if you buy a tiny clamp according to the hose, it would be appropriate.

6. After mounting the bleeding hose to the bleeder plug, insert the air intake hose into the 0.5 liter PET bottle, where you put the oil you pulled from the brake hydraulic container with a syringe at the beginning of the job, pierce the cap of the 0.5 liter PET bottle in the same way as the hose, and make the pet bottle stand upright, make sure that the end of the hose is in the old plastic bottle. dip in oil. The end of the hose will not be exposed, it will not take air! In order to reduce the risk of air contamination to the system, while the hose comes from the air intake plug to the pet bottle, the middle part of the hose will rise up from the level of the air intake plug and draw an arc from there, and will come to the ground and enter the bottle!

7. With this mechanism, you can perform oil change and bleeding with a single person. If you are two people, one person will press and release the brake pedal twice, and the third time will press and hold it and not release it until you say release. While pressing and holding the brake pedal for the third time, the other person will open the bleeder plug and make sure that the old, worn-out oil comes out and tighten the plug again. And then the person pressing the brake pedal will release the pedal. Caution If the brake pedal is released while the bleed plug is open, the system sucks in air. Then pump it twice again, hold it down on the third, loosen the plug again, let the oil come out and squeeze again, release the pedal. Pump it again, press and hold…. You will do this until the clean oil comes out. After the clean oil comes, you will continue this process until you see that there is no air bubble, that there is no air, and that full oil comes from the hose and you will end the process by tightening the air intake plug.

8. While bleeding, constantly observe the hydraulic level in the tank and add hydraulic, do not drop below the minimum level.

9. In vehicles with electronic parking brake, in addition, after these procedures, the electronic parking brake will be pulled and released 5 times and the air of the rear wheels will be removed again.
